Steven Tricarico is a pioneer in the vehicle and equipment finance industry, having co-founded Vehicle & Equipment Finance alongside four colleagues. With 29 years of experience, his finance career began in 1986 at ANZ Bank/Esanda Finance, where he gained expertise across all facets of the industry.
Over the years, Steven has worked closely with clients across various sectors, including agriculture, transport, construction, and earthmoving. His diverse experience enables him to tailor financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each industry.
Committed to excellence, Steven prioritizes ethical business practices and outstanding customer service, ensuring strong relationships with clients, introducers, and lending partners.

David Edwards

David Edwards is a founding member of Vehicle & Equipment Finance and has dedicated his entire career to the finance industry. Before co-founding VEF, he gained valuable experience working across Victoria, specializing in lending to agricultural and business clients.
Over the years, David has built strong, lasting relationships with his clients, taking pride in providing tailored financial solutions. A highlight of his career has been the privilege of assisting three generations of the same family with their asset finance needs.
Outside of work, David enjoys golf, waterskiing, and spending time with his ever-growing family.

Paul Trinick

Paul has extensive experience in the finance industry, having embarked on his career in banking and finance shortly after completing high school in Mildura in 1987. Over the years, Paul has held key positions, including serving as an Agri & Business Banking Manager with one of Australia’s Big Four banks and managing the Shepparton office of Vehicle & Equipment Finance from 2003 to 2010.
Paul’s qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Management and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, equipping him with both strategic and technical expertise. He takes pride in working with a diverse range of clients, helping them secure the equipment finance solutions they need to ensure their businesses operate smoothly and efficiently.
